The mass registration exercise by the National Identification Authority (NIA) today witnessed a generally smooth takeoff in the Greater Accra Region.
The day two of the exercise can be described as smooth and successful as compared to the day one which suffered several challenges at the various registration centres.
The mass registration exercise for the Ghana card which begun yesterday April 29, 2019 suffered delay and technical challenges which left a lot of people stranded.
But WatchGhana.Com's Accra Correspondent during a visit to some of the registration centres noticed that most of the challenges have been resolved and the exercise begun at 7am as scheduled by the authority.
Some of the people who have gone to register for the card in an interview expressed worry that they have to go through stress before they can provide for the documents required for the Ghana Card especially the GPR address.
