Mahama receives massive endorsement in Upper West

Former president, John Mahama has so far received endorsement from three Constituency Chairmen in the Upper West Region.

The Upper West Regional Chairman, Bunas added his voice to the calls on the polling station executive of the Wa East, Dafiama-Busie-Issa constituencies to vote for John Mahama to bring back the NDC to power.

As part of his campaigns to recapture the presidency, the former president is in the Upper West region to avail himself to the electorates to for reconsideration to lead the NDC in the 2020 general elections.

At the DBI constituency, John Mahama said the party was being restructured to avoid the mistakes that causes the party the 2016 election defeat. He added that the division in some constituencies caused the party so much.

He mentioned instances where some party aspirants went independent after loosing at the party primaries.

During the former presidents visit at the DBI constituency, the MP Dr. Sebastian Sandaari, bemoaned the situation where Assembly Common Fund was being used for the construction of a district hospital and alleged the NDC government had approved in parliament to construct a hospital before they lost power and wondered the competence of the NPP government.

The former president would today visit part of the Wa East constituency and Wa West as part of his schedule in the Region.
