Congratulations to HE. John Dramani Mahama-Salifu Dumba

A parliamentary hopeful of the NDC in the Nadowli-Kaleo constituency of the Upper West region has expressed gratitude to the delegates of the constituency for the manner the elections were conducted during last Saturday's presidential primaries.

Hon. Salifu Dumba in a statement lauded the constituents for the peaceful manner and entreated members to stay committed to the party for a common goal in the 2020 elections. In a statement copied to watchghana.com, Hon. Dumba congratulated the sitting MP of the constituency and aspirant at the polls.

The congratulatory message is however said on to the former president, HE John Dramani Mahama, and also acknowledged Alban SK Bagbin and all other aspirants for˜enhancing the democracy of the NDC.

SALIFU DUMBA EXPRESSES GRATITUDE TO NDC DELEGATES IN N/K CONSTITUENCY FOR A SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to all delegates of the National Democratic Congress in the Nadowli/Kaleo constituency for coming out in your numbers last Saturday 23rd March to elect our flagbearer for the upcoming 2020 elections.

Your peaceful and calm demeanor made the elections free, fair, and transparent. This confirms the long held notion that the Nadowli/Kaleo constituency is a haven of peace.

I also wish to seize this opportunity to entreat all party members within the constituency to keep committed to unity within our ranks as a party whether our individual preferences won or lost during the presidential primaries.

Finally, I wish to congratulate His Excellency John Dramani Mahama for emerging as the winner in our presidential primaries. I also duly acknowledge comrades Hon. Alban Bagbin (Our MP), Prof. Joshua Alabi, Dr. Spio Garbrah, Alhaji Nurudeen Idrissu, Sylvester Mensah, and Goosie Tanoh for enhancing the democracy of our great NDC.
