He, however, called on all and sundry to observe the protocols in the fight against COVID-19

23rd May 2020

For Immediate Release

                                         EID MUBARAK

The celebration of Eidul Fitr marks the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. A special month for the Muslim Umah across the globe, the Holy Quran is said to have been revealed to the Prophet Mohammed SWS in this month to provide guidance for the Umah, teaching for the people and the status of the Quran. The observation of Ramadan symbolises sacrifice and forgiveness. Every Muslim is enjoined as Sunnah to seek for forgiveness in this Holy month. As we celebrate this day, let us reflect and aspire on sacrifice and forgiveness.

I wish to use this opportunity to entreat each and everyone especially those from the Nadowli/Kaleo constituency to use this period to reflect on how our forefather's sacrificed to gain independence for Ghana our motherland and be inspired that, our sacrifice will also help in the development of our constituency and  Ghana at large. This I believe would help us appreciate the blessings and favours associated with the Eid celebrations.

I also pray that my Allah Subahana Watallah grants all of us good health, long covid19 free life to celebrate many more Eids. It is also imperative to remind you that all things being equal as the economist will say, we would be going to the polls in December to replace our MP who did not only carved a niche for himself but has raised the standard of the personality that has to replace him; I have listened to your admonishings and would put myself up to contest. With your support and by the grace of God I will be the next MP for Nadowli/Kaleo so together we can claim our share of development.

Please remember to be minded and measured in your celebrations during this period. Covid19 is real. Let us continue to adhere to the five safety protocols recommended by the WHO

Once again I say EID MUBARAK!

ASSLAMUALIKUM WARAHAMATULAH WABARIKATU

God bless Nadowli/Kaleo

God bless Ghana

Signed

Bernard Anbataayela Mornah
