A LOOK BEYOND 20TH JUNE AND THE FUTURE OF AYOBO - ASANTE AKYEM SOUTH

Time and tide, they say, waits for no man. So soon the bells are tolling signifying the readiness of the NPP to conduct its parliamentary primaries as part of preparations into the  election 2020. Indeed, the Asante Akyem South Constituency has demonstrated a high sense patriotism,  confirming that the NPP is the mother of democracy.

Five strong men are contesting and so far, there have been no problems. The peaceful co-existence there is as a result of the humble and respectful nature of all the five aspirants. The exemplary campaign style by the Asante Akyem South aspirants is commendable. Thus, in this crucial time, it behooves on all aspirant and their supporters across the nation to note:

1. That campaigners should be decorous in their messages since last days are always dangerous,
2.That after 20th June, everyone will be needed to campaign for the candidate elect,
3. That if you win at the primaries, you will need the support of that aspirant you villified and peddled insults and falsehood against.

I hope you will agree with me that, by this time, the delegates have got to know all aspirants well and formed their opinions about them already. If you are an aspirant, l think the best thing to do now is to relax and wait for the results on Saturday because only God knows the best.
In Asante Akyem South,  the most preferred candidate is AYOBO

A- Amofa
Y- Yamoah
O- Obuor
B- Asante-Boateng
O- Oppong-Pepra

According to sources, the five contestants are all one, in that they are all serious and very interested in moving the constituency forward. Consequently,  any one of the five who will emerge as winner in this primaries will be supported by the four others. What this means is that on Saturday, there will be no loser in Asante Akyem South. A win for one , a win for all. I wish this kind of spirit  prevailed in all the 168 constituencies where elections will be held on 20th June. I wish all aspirants well. To all patriots,  young and old, l say Ayekooo!!! Long Live Ghana, Long Live The NPP.
