Electronics retail giant CompuGhana has launched its Cashback Sales Festival at its Airport West branch, aimed at rewarding customers for their loyalty and patronage.
The launch, which took place at the weekend, featured traditional drumming, cultural performances, and Afro dance displays that added colour to the event. The festival, themed “A Season of Appreciation and Excitement,” marks the beginning of a nationwide sales campaign expected to run until December 26, 2025.
Speaking at the event, CompuGhana’s Brand Ambassador, Cynthia Tima Yeboah, known in the media space as Mama Compu, said the festival was designed to give back to customers during the festive season. “This is a season of appreciation - everyone who walks into a CompuGhana branch should expect something special,” she said.
Marketing Manager of CompuGhana, Rita Nyarko noted that the campaign is part of efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and offer value for money. “Our goal is to make shopping rewarding while showing appreciation to our customers for their continued trust in our brand,” she said.
The festival, which runs across all CompuGhana branches nationwide, will offer discounts of up to 65% on selected items. Customers who make purchases of GHS 1,000 or more will automatically qualify for raffle draws scheduled for November 21 at Junction Mall, November 28 at Airport West, and a Grand Draw on December 26 at West Hills Mall.
Winners are expected to take home prizes such as a brand-new SUV, televisions, laptops, and other electronics.
In addition, there will be red carpet giveaways at selected locations, where lucky shoppers will receive surprise gifts as part of the festival’s celebration of customer loyalty.
The Cashback Sales Festival will run until the end of the year, with activities taking place both in-store and online.
