Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of watchghana.com and its subdomains (admin, api, business, travel, jobs, elections), and the WatchGhana and Travel Ghana mobile apps (together, the "Service"), operated by InnInk Limited ("WatchGhana", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. Registering with false information, or on behalf of someone else without authorization, isn't allowed.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. A WatchGhana account works across both the website and both apps. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Content you post

Reviews, ratings, check-ins, comments, photos, pledges, incident reports, story submissions and marketplace listings ("User Content") remain yours, but by posting them you give WatchGhana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of operating the Service (for example, showing your review on the attraction's page, or your pledge on a campaign page).

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post content that is:

• False, defamatory, or misleading (including fabricated incident reports or reviews).
• Illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing someone else's rights.
• Spam, or unrelated to the place/content it's attached to.
• Content you don't have the right to share (e.g. photos you didn't take or don't have permission to post).

We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms.

Marketplace and business listings

Businesses and individuals may list products, services or opportunities on the Service. WatchGhana provides the listing and discovery platform; it is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the availability of any item, or the conduct of any user. Use good judgment, and verify details directly with the other party before transacting.

Civic and election content

Election results, fact-checks, candidate and civic education information are provided for public information purposes and sourced from official bodies where available. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it is error-free or fully up to date at every moment — always confirm critical civic decisions against official Electoral Commission sources.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to: break the law; interfere with or disrupt the Service (including scraping at scale, attempting unauthorized access, or circumventing rate limits); impersonate another person or organization; or use automated means to create accounts or post content without our permission.

Advertising

The Service is supported in part by advertising (Google AdSense on the website, Google AdMob in the Travel Ghana app). Ads are served by Google and its partners; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The WatchGhana name, logo, and the Service's original content (excluding User Content and third-party/wire content) belong to InnInk Limited or its licensors. Don't copy, reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including User Content, business listings, or civic information) is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatchGhana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
